I have helped Age Group Triathletes achieve GOLD MEDAL at the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in 2002, and National Champion the past two years.
I have also been the Canadian Cerebral Palsy Sports Association (CCPSA) national cycling coach from March 1996 to September 2000.
I have been coaching seriously since 1984. I have been increasing my coaching knowledge whenever possible since my very first coaching course in 1979.
I coach from my home, helping athletes in North America, achieve their Peak Performances, using teleconferencing and e-mail. These athletes have all improved through their association with me. We are also now adding a web presence to further use technology to assist athletes with their goals around the world.
My personal goal is to be the best coach I can be. To do this, I encourage each athlete to develop to their potential. This requires a harmonizing of work, play and family.
It makes me feel good to help these athletes achieve their goals.
I have a long history of helping athletes achieve their goals. Below are some of my experiences over the years at elite level competitions, and the athlete results.
